A social experience that asks the question: What would be possible if you loved yourself more?

What Is ELEVATED?

Rooted in Charlotte, NC. Built to travel.

You arrive, settle in, and let the DJ set the tone. Each session has its own theme, and I guide the experience from beginning to end, starting with a question and some journaling.

At some point you'll have the opportunity to connect with someone else in the room who reflects your share back to you as a compliment. What you bring and how deep you go is entirely yours. People walk away saying they didn't know how much they needed it.

When sessions are held in dispensary settings, plant medicine is part of the room (never the focus, never a requirement). Every venue is chosen for how well it holds the energy of what we're doing.

What the Experience Feels Like

During each event, you’ll follow along on ELEVATED: Live, a page that guides you through every step of the night and into what comes after.

Held in Community

Reflection doesn't have to happen alone because something shifts when you do this work in a room full of people doing the same thing, at the same time.

Being witnessed, and witnessing others, opens something private journaling can’t. I see it happen in every session.

Some events are local and others travel, each one shaped by its setting and the people who gather.

Who It’s For

ELEVATED tends to find people who don't feel at home in traditional wellness spaces, people who think a lot and feel deeply and want room to process without being analyzed or told what they should be feeling.

They want real connection without the performance that usually comes with it, and they want depth without it being heavy.

You might be in the middle of something, or you might just want something more honest than what you've found elsewhere.

Come as you are. You CAN sit with us.

Hosting & Collaboration

ELEVATED is built in collaboration with DJs and venues who care about the energy of the room.

If that sounds like you, let's connect.

the COVER CHARGE is a weekend giving practice.

You already know how to find money for a night out. The Lyft, the pre-game, the dinner, the fit.

The Cover Charge asks you to set aside a little of that same energy for something outside of yourself, as a thank you for the freedom to go out, dance, and connect with each other.

It’s meant to be done alongside your weekend, not in place of it. Whether it’s $3, $15, or $250, it’s less about the amount and more about the practice. Over time, it becomes as automatic as calling your ride.

Each week I share two places to give, and you choose where your money goes. Every link here goes straight to the organization or the person.

Always on the list

Those living in the Charlotte, NC area gather, dance, socialize and connect on Catawba land.

Because of this, the Catawba Nation is my standing recommendation for those who live in this area and are in need of direction for their donation.

You don’t live in Charlotte? Find out whose land you’re on.

Each week I will also suggest an alternative option for donations. This is selected by something that is important or impactful to me, or someone in my community.

Two of my favorites on rotation are the GoFundMe to support a dear friend, Luis Bayon, who is currently battling leukemia and these funds directly support his recovery.

Time Out Youth is an organization that I have begun suporting though my attendance at RAIN Charlotte’s annual White Party. Time Out Youth Center offers support, advocacy, and opportunities for personal development and social interaction to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ) youth ages 13-24.
