Where You’ll Find Me
True North Artistry is located inside 1213 Studio in the heart of vibrant Plaza Midwood in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The studio is easy to access from Elizabeth, Chantilly, South End, Uptown, Villa Heights, NoDa, and surrounding neighborhoods. The environment is warm, welcoming and full of colorful art and vining plants, so you can arrive without stress and settle in with ease.
Free and convenient parking options are available nearby, and detailed arrival instructions are provided below so you never have to guess where to go.
Choosing Your Session
I specialize in hair color, hair extensions, and maintenance services for women who want long-term results and thoughtful care.
All services are booked online and designed to be straightforward and transparent. What you see when you book is what you pay — gratuity is already included — so you can relax and enjoy your time without awkward moments or surprises at checkout.
If you’re booking both color + extensions:
Start by selecting the color service that best aligns with your current needs. Then, add the number of extension rows you’d like maintained from the Add-On menu. If you’re unsure, I’m always happy to guide you toward the best option before you book.
If decision fatigue is real (it happens), consultations are available and you’re welcome to reach out for clarity before scheduling.

My current availability is listed below, and you’ll be able to see all open times in real time during the booking process. Simply choose the service that best fits your needs and select an appointment time that works for you.
Monday: 10 am to 3 pm
Tuesday + Wednesday: 2 pm to 8 pm
Thursday: 10 am to 3 pm
Saturday: 1st + 3rd Saturdays, 10 am to 3 pm

All services are priced transparently and include gratuity. I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, so checkout is seamless and secure.

I understand that life happens, and cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are no problem.
For new clients, a card is required on file. No-call, no-show appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged in full, and payment is required before rebooking. This policy is in place to protect time and availability.

Parking is free and easy — all options are close by:
Gravel lot directly behind our building, accessible via alley on the side of our building
Thomas Ave Parking Lot, located next door at 1225 Thomas Ave
Street parking
In addition, paid lots are also available at 1616 Central Ave and 2100 Commonwealth Ave
Everything is close and walkable.
Landmarks
1213 Studio is across the street from Thomas Street Tavern and Burial Brewing; it is nestled in between Calle Sol and Betty by Moxie Mercantile.

A 15-minute grace window is offered to support both your schedule and mine. Arriving later than that may require adjusting or rescheduling the service to honor the time reserved.
